Once you add your first device to cart, there will be an “Add Another Device” at the very top. You can also go to the homepage to find your next device and any previous device will be saved in your cart automatically!

No, you do not need to send in your device if you choose not to, but please let us know you are cancelling the order by sending us an email at: [email protected]

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your device!

We offer payments via Check, Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp. Whichever is more convenient for you!

We send payments the same day we process your order! A check can take 5-7 business days but all the other options are instant!

You do not need to remove your SIM card but you can if you’d like! We can remove it for you during the testing process!

Yes, all phones must be free of any financial obligation from your carrier. Any device that is still financed, has an account linked to it or has a bad esn will be subject to deductions upon inspection.

Yes! We buy damaged and broken phones.

Once you’ve placed an order we will provide you with a printable shipping label on the confirmation page as well as your email from us. Simply package your device securely in a box and tape that shipping label on top. Then just drop off the package at your nearest USPS post office or schedule a free pickup at:


Nope! We cover the shipping cost for you and provide a pre-paid shipping label on the confirmation page that you can use on your package!
