Great question! Your preferred method of payment can be selected on the order page. As soon as we receive your order, we will inspect the item(s) and send your payment within 1-2 business days. We offer payouts through Check, Zelle and Venmo.

Once you’ve placed your order, the offer you were given is locked in for 14 days so you have until then to get the item to us (Shipping times are usually 5-7 days). That is why it’s important to ship it out to us as soon as you can! If a device is received after 14 days from the order date no worries, we would simply look at the most current offer for that device and send that amount instead of the old offer.

Of course! Once you add your first device to your box (your cart), simply go back to the homepage and keep adding more to your box until you’ve selected all of your devices!

We will provide a free trackable shipping label to print out on your confirmation page as well as your confirmation email! Simply wrap your device with some bubble wrap or newspaper, place it in a large enough box and stick that label onto your box. Then all you have to do is drop off the package at your local post office and you’re all set!
